Neurotoxicity

Neurotoxicity occurs when the brain and nervous system are damaged by toxins such as mold, infections, heavy metals, or other environmental toxins. This can lead to symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, memory problems, mood changes, and poor coordination, to name a few. At our clinic, we specialize in identifying these root causes and helping your brain heal through personalized, non-invasive care.

We frequently see neurotoxicity caused by mold exposure (mycotoxins), Lyme disease and its co-infections (such as Bartonella or Babesia), chronic viral infections (like Epstein-Barr or long COVID), and environmental toxins including heavy metals and pesticides. These triggers can cause chronic inflammation in the brain, disrupting cognitive and physical function.

Our Process

Our approach begins with a detailed neurological exam and a review of your medical history and symptoms. From there, we develop a personalized plan that may include neurological rehabilitation, detox strategies, lifestyle support, and functional therapies aimed at restoring brain health from the inside out. We tackle these with a treatment plan utilizing both functional neurology and functional medicine.

Our Testing

Our clinic offers blood testing and panels as well for patient care and a neurotoxicity resource guide to help tackle all elements of recovery.
